Looking for ways to accredit your students' work experience?

my-work-experience.com resources provide learning support and recording opportunities for a work experience qualification at Entry Level (3) Level 1 and Level 2 called ‘Preparation for Employment’. This qualification has been specifically designed by OCR for students taking part in a practical work experience.

The qualification has been approved by QCA and therefore provides schools with points towards their performance tables. Students can be awarded the full qualification if they pass all four units or they may take individual units as ‘stepping stone’s towards the full qualification (NB you can only claim the points for students who complete all four units ).

This qualification is intended to be available from 1st September 2008 but as yet the Unit titles and any details about the new qualification are not available on their website.

‘Preparation for Employment’ certification will still be available up to 31st August 2010 but all candidate registrations must be made by 31st August 2008.

my-work-experience.com will map the new qualification to our current resources when details become available and will provide a similar support to the one for its predecessor (described above) as quickly as possible.
